A group of high-schoolers with the Family Career and Community Leaders of America in Okay put the whole thing together.
They called firefighters who helped them organize Tuesday's re-enactment.
First responders like volunteer firefighter Stephanie Metzger say they see this all too often in real life and it's heart-breaking.
"After prom we just try to keep the drunk driving and the texting and driving down. And this is just something to try and hit home with the kids. And hopefully, they'll leave their phones down and leave the drinking alone."
Paramedics from Muskogee, Porter and Wagoner pitched in to help get the message across.
