Kenneth EpperlyChristiansburg, VA - A Christiansburg man found guilty of the misdemeanor sexual battery of two young girls will spend 60 days in jail.
64-year-old Kenneth Epperly was charged for offenses that happened back in 2011 at New River Valley Gymnastics, where he was co-director.
Police say it involved a five-year-old girl and ten-year-old girl who were gymnastic students there at the time.
The judge sentenced him to 18 months but suspended all but 60 days.
He also has to register as a sex offender and have no unsupervised contact with minors who are not family members.
