Head On Collision in Halifax County

Halifax County, VA - State Police are investigating a 2 vehicle accident in Halifax County late Thursday afternoon.

Troopers say just after 5:00 p.m. Thursday, a woman heading East on Mountain Road crossed over the median and hit a van head-on.

They say the driver of that van is okay, but the woman had to be flown to Duke University Medical Center... with serious injuries.
