
Lynchburg - The Big South champion Liberty WOMEN'S basketball team boarded the bus a little before 11 Friday morning and headed to Roanoke where they flew out en route to Louisville. The Flames, a 13 seed, face fourth-seeded Purdue in a first-round NCAA Tournament game Sunday at 12:10. Liberty has won its last 14 games, Purdue is ranked 21st in the country in both major polls.
