A silent eye helps officers catch and arrest a man seen walking atop a Tulsa school early Wednesday morning.
Tulsa School Police noticed the suspect, later identified as Dominic Gentry, on top of Alcott Elementary around 2:30 am Wednesday. Someone watching the security cameras noticed him "tampering with the air conditioning units."
According to the police report, Tulsa Police arrived with K-9 officers and searched high and low outside the building. Officers eventually found Gentry who told them that he didn't have a job and was on the roof to get copper tubing from the AC units.
Additional officers arrived at the scene and were able to place Gentry under arrest before he could remove any tubing or flee from the scene. He was taken into custody and charges were filed against him by a TPS officer.
