A car crash early Wednesday morning cuts power service to some north Tulsa residents.
Tulsa police say a licensed, underage driver was behind the wheel near Union and Easton near Owen Park.
An officer told KTUL.com the teen was lost and trying to set a GPS device so he could return home to Owasso.
He lost control of his car and crashed into a utility pole. The collision caused a transformer to short out overhead, sending roughly 700 nearby customers into the dark.
The young driver was not hurt.
