A man shot in Harrisburg early Friday morning told police he had been arguing with a man over a debt before the shooting occurred, according to Harrisburg Police.
When officers arrived at the 600 block of Camp Street at 2:10 a.m. on Friday, they found the 23-year-old victim lying in the street. He had a gunshot wound to the back of his thigh.
He told police the man who shot him had been trying to collect money from him and then got very upset, pulled handgun and shot him. The shooter has not been identified.
The victim was taken to Penn State Hershey Medical Center.
