Celery, Carrot and Apple Salad

1. To make the dressing, place the lemon juice, garlic, tahini and 3 tablespoons of water in a food processor and blend until smooth. Alternatively, combine with a fork. Season to taste
2. Toss together the carrots, celery heart and apples and transfer to individual serving bowls. Drizzle over with dressing.
