Pittsylvania Co., VA - Sex toy stores are on the agenda Monday night for Pittsylvania County's Board of Supervisors.
Members will discuss requiring those stores to get a business license before opening back up.
Board Chairman Marshall Ecker says they discussed the issue in past years, but thinks it's time to bring it back up. He says with licenses, officials would know what types of businesses are opening in the county.
Two shops were told to close in the past month.
One store owner appealed and has been allowed to keep her store open pending the decision of that appeal.
The other store stopped selling adult novelty and has since reopened.
