St. Paul's Joshua Casher decommits from Auburn

Posted: Updated:

Offensive line recruit Joshua Casher has decided to rethink his recruiting decision.

The four-star prospect has decommitted from Auburn. Casher made the decision over the weekend.

Casher is the nation's top ranked center prospect.

His coach at Saint Paul's Episcopal School in Mobile says he believes Auburn is still a potential college destination, as well as Alabama, Florida State, Florida and Ole Miss.

"I still respect and love Auburn as a school. I have no harsh feelings toward Auburn," Casher told AuburnSports.com. "I think it's an amazing school and one of my favorite schools. I just felt like I was too early to commit and I wasn't expecting to be so overwhelmed."
