Suspect Falls Through Ceiling During Break In

Posted: Updated:

A suspected burglar doesn't quite stick the landing during a north Tulsa burglary early Wednesday.

Police said someone broke into the Phillips 66 convenience store on north Yale near King St around 12:45am. They got in through the roof, but their entry wasn't so graceful.

The suspect crashed through the ceiling and hit the floor.

Police believe the jolt stunned the suspect suspect so much that they aborted their mission. Investigators didn't find any merchandise or money missing from the store.

Police don't have any suspect information. It's unclear if the store had surveillance cameras.
