Lynchburg Police Investigating Hit and Run

Lynchburg, VA - The Lynchburg Police Department is looking who they say backed into another car and left the scene Sunday.

 

The victim told police he was pumping gas at the Marathon gas station on Fort Avenue when a white van backed into his vehicle.

The suspect vehicle is described as a white Plymouth Voyager Van with the Virginia "In God We Trust" license plate with the American flag.

The suspect driver is described as a white male in his 30's wearing a white t-shirt with camouflage hat, blue jeans, and brown boots, and has a thin brown goatee.

The white van will have damage to the rear end of the vehicle.
