Organization Helping People Restore Their Voting Rights

Lynchburg, VA - An organization is helping people in our area to get their voting rights restored.

Citizens to Restore Voting Rights and the Registrar's Office are working together to help folks restore their voting rights.

They will sponsor tables in the coming weeks to get people the information they need and help them fill out the forms necessary to restore their voting rights.

Below is a list of dates, times, and locations for the of the information tables:

 

Oct. 7 - Monday Fort Avenue Neighborhood Park Basketball Court
7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Fort Avenue & Randolph Lane

Oct. 10 - Thursday Seniors' Meeting - Young at Heart
12:30 p.m. Diamond Hill Community Center, 1005 17th Street

Oct. 12 - Saturday Fifth Street Opportunities Fair
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Old Dominion Lodge, 1014 Fifth Street

Oct. 13 - Sunday Biggers Neighborhood Park Basketball Court
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon Fifth Street & Clay Street

Oct. 14 - Monday Lynchburg Public Library Community Room
11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. 2315 Memorial Avenue

Oct. 17 - Thursday Hunton-Randolph Community Center, Greek Picnic
3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. 1120 12th Street 

Oct. 19 - Saturday Automatic Rights Restoration
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Old Dominion Lodge, 1014 Fifth Street

Oct. 23 - Wednesday Outdoor Family Movie Night
