Roanoke Officials Address TB Concerns

Roanoke, VA - Officials in Roanoke are trying to keep the public up to date on tuberculosis concerns, following the discovery of an infected student last week.

They held a meeting at William Fleming High School Monday night.

Last week, 150 people were privately identified by the health department as having low potential of being infected.

The first round of testing will be at the high school on Friday.

If you have any concerns, the Roanoke Health Department has set up a TB hotline at 540-759-4652.
