Lynchburg - The Randolph women held Mary Baldwin scoreless for more than eight minutes to take control and go on to beat the Fighting Squirrels 73-37.
Mary Baldwin led 17-14 before the WildCats closed the half with 18 straight points to lead 32-17 at intermission.
Randolph then scored 21 of the first 26 points in the second half to push its lead over 30 for the first time.
Four Randolph players scored in double figures, led by freshman Jacqueline Hockman who netted a career-best 13 on 6-of-8 shooting from the floor. Senior Emilee Dunton scored 12 and chipped in six assists, while first-year players Brie Holdren and Korin Harris had 10 points each.
Randolph improved to 6-and-2 with the win, the WildCats have already won more games this season than all of last year. The WildCats are 5-and-0 at home this season.
