Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant is named the Western Conference Player of the Week for the third time this season. He averaged 39.3 points a game last week in wins over Houston, Golden State and Sacramento.
He scored a new career-high 54-points against the Warriors last Friday.
KD has scored 30 points or more in his last seven games. If he can do that again Tuesday night against Portland he will set a new person best with eight in-a-row.
Durant is averaging 30.6 points per game for the season. That leads the league.
Oklahoma City and Portland tip-off at 7:00pm Tuesday from Chesapeake Arena.
