VES's Biesemier is Headed to UVa


LYNCHBURG - Michael Beisemier originally verbally committed to James Madison but after their coach was fired following this past season UVa joined into the mix for the VES Bishop and Beisemier made it official Wednesday. He will play for the Cavaliers.


Played offensive and defensive line at Virginia Episcopal School for head coach Butch Jennings … helped lead the Bishops to the 2012 and 2013 Division III VISAA state championship … helped Virginia Episcopal School to a 10-1 record in 2013 … earned first-team all-state honors on the offensive and defensive side of the ball … a three-star recruit according to … a two-star recruit according to and … also played basketball and lacrosse at Virginia Episcopal School … was a member of the basketball team's 2011 Division III VISAA state championship squad … has played the piano since the third grade and likes to compose songs in his spare time … likes to fish … name is pronounced Bees-Meyer.
