Mexican-Style Summer Salad

1. In medium bowl, whisk together 2 tbsp lime juice and 1/2 tsp salt.
2. Add tomatoes, avocados, scallions, and garlic. Use rubber spatula to gently combine. Season with pepper and set aside.
3. Whisk together oil, cumin, 1 tbsp lime juice and 1/8 tsp salt.
4. Add lettuce and toss.
5. Divide lettuce among plates and top with mound of avocado mixture.
6. Sprinkle with cucumber and cilantro and serve.
