Roanoke, VA - On Monday morning, Roanoke Police were called to the 3800 block of Blue Ridge Drive, Ferguson Enterprises, to investigate a breaking and entering at the business.

Once they got there, they discovered that around 6,000 lbs of copper had been stolen.

While processing the physical evidence at the scene and reviewing video security footage from neighboring businesses, investigators were able to establish a pair of suspect vehicles, a box truck and silver SUV.

The box truck turned out to be stolen and belonged to Southern Air in Lynchburg. It was later recovered in Mooresville, North Carolina.

The pictures used to identify the vehicles were from security footage provided by the Sheetz in Salem.

Anyone with information can call the Roanoke Valley Crime Line at 540-344-8500.
