Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

12 oz fresh Tuna steak
1 tbsp Celery, finely diced
1 tbsp Onion, finely diced
1 tbsp small Capers
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Poach or grill tuna steak and allow to cool.

2. Combine tuna and other ingredients.

3. Toss and coat with mayonnaise.
