Creamy Lemon-kissed Chicken Pasta Salad

1 cup Lemon low-fat yogurt
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp Poppy seeds
Pasta Salad Ingredients:
2 to 2 1/2 cups Bow-tie pasta, uncooked
10 oz Chunk chicken breast, drained and flaked
8 oz Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup Green onion, sliced
1/2 Celery, sliced
1. For dressing, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and poppy seeds in a small mixing bowl.
2. For pasta salad, cook pasta, drain, and rinse under cold water.
3. Combine pasta, chicken, mandarin oranges, green onion, and celery in a large bowl.
4. Add dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate until time to serve.
