Camm Named New Heritage Basketball Coach

LYNCHBURG - After 17 years as a high school assistant coach, Les Camm is now the main man on the bench.

On Friday Heritage H.S. named Camm the new boys coach. He takes over after long time coach Dan Stephens resigned after this past season.

Camm graduated from E. C. Glass H.S. in 1988 and from Lynchburg College in 1993, playing basketball at both institutions. After his playing career, Camm was an assistant at Liberty H.S. in Bedford from 1996 until 2000. From 2001 until 2013 he has been an assistant alongside Stephens at Heritage.

Camm teaches social studies at Heritage.
