Located in Uptown inside the Gables Villa Rosa building, Place at Perry’s is updating the traditional dim steakhouse atmosphere of dark wood and leather to create a more lively and stylish setting for its diners. Dull and gloomy decor has been swapped out for exotic woods and stones among other design choices that contribute to a modernized urban feel. Inside the 35-foot tall rotunda hangs a glass chandelier handmade by grapevine glass blower David Gappa. The space is filled with ambient natural light and showcases local artwork from up-and-coming painters and sculptors.
On top of style and up-to-date surroundings is their goal to serve the best food in Dallas. The new menu at Place At Perry’s highlights old favorites while also being infused with innovative, modern-day cuisine featuring a variety of hand-cut Niman Ranch steaks. Executive chef Charles Miller leads the kitchen with over 15 years of fine dining steakhouse experience in the Dallas area.
Place at Perry’s offers a variety of food and drink options within their brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert menus. The cocktail menu includes both red and white wine and an after dinner drink menu includes a variety of options that can be enjoyed in the outside patio, also popular for happy hour.
Place at Perry’s aims to support the surrounding Texas community and the Southwest United States by using fresh, local flavor for its dishes and providing guests with food that they’ve never had before. Environmentally friendly practices for both meats and seafood are maintained by the staff and all beef, pork and poultry purchased for Place at Perry’s has never been injected with hormones, antibiotics or chemicals.
