Tuscaloosa shooting leaves a man in critical condition

Posted: Updated:
Last night around 10:00 p.m. police were called to the  5700 block of Clearview Hills Drive on a shooting. Investigators arriving at the address found that the victim, a 27 year old male, had been transported to DCH Tuscaloosa, with multiple gunshot wounds. He is in critical condition at this time.
Based on physical evidence and witness accounts, investigators believe the incident involves the victim and the 24 year old son of the victim’s girlfriend. It appears the 2 men became involved in an argument, possibly over relationship issues between the victim and his girlfriend, during which the victim was shot. No charges have been filed at this time, as the investigation continues.
