Managers from Crown Eurocars and Crown Hyundai, both part of the family-owned Crown Automotive Group, recently spoke at Finance Park Boot Camp, a new program created by the Pinellas Education Foundation for young people involved with Ready For Life, Inc.

Michal Niezbecki of Crown Eurocars and Rey Akuffo of Crown Hyundai were proud to speak on the topic of buying a car as part of the boot camp program, which aims to educate and assist foster care youth ages 16-23 years old with transitioning into adulthood.

The Ready for Life, Inc. nonprofit organization as a whole was created to help foster care youth throughout the Pinellas County community. The Finance Park Boot Camp event, which took place August 1-4, 2014, played host to 35 students who participated in sessions about making good financial choices, communication skills, renting and buying property and more.

On Wednesday, August 3, Niezbecki and Akuffo spoke to the students on the topic of negotiating to purchase or lease a vehicle.

It was an honor to have been asked to be a part of the Pinellas Education Foundations Finance Park Boot Camp program, said Niezbecki. We believe its important that young people are educated about all facets of buying and leasing a vehicle, and we were more than happy to have the opportunity to help through the Ready For Life, Inc. organization.
